Payment:
1. We accept Google Checkout and PayPal.
2. Please send payment within 30 days or your order will be canceled.
Shipping & Handling:
3. Shipping takes 4-15 business days. This includes Order Processing which takes a minimum of 24 hours.
4. Business days defined by these terms are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. This does not include national holidays.
5. Your order will be shipped to the address listed on your PayPal or Google Checkout payment. We cannot ship to an alternate address.
6. Handling Fee - The handling fee that is included in the shipping price is $1.50 for each order. This covers packing material, tape, paper, ink, and a box.
7. Multiple Items - If you order multiple items (2 different items or multiple quantities of the same item) your order will be combined into 1 box and we will refund the difference.
8. Backordered Items - If your order is backordered we will inform you and offer to cancel your order and send you a Full Refund. *We do not intentionally list items that are out of stock.
9. Order(s) will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. USPS Shipping Rates + $1.50 for packing material, tape, paper, ink, and a box.
10. Order(s) are shipped Monday - Saturday. We do not process or ship orders on Sunday.

12. The US Postal Service, Google Checkout, or Paypal will email you a Delivery Confirmation number after your order has been processed. This number will also be listed on your payment at PayPal.
13. We only ship items within the United States of America including Alaska and Hawaii.

15. If you have a problem with an item that you purchased please email us and wait at least 3 business days for a response before sending feedback.
Return Policy
16. We will accept returns under the following conditions:
Item was damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong item.
17. Please email us before returning your item.
18. Returned items must include all packaging and loose items that were contained in the original shipment.
19. Please pack your item securely and use a carrier that offers insurance and delivery confirmation because if we do not receive the item we cannot give you a refund.
20. Buyer pays the shipping cost to return the broken item unless they received the wrong item.
21. When we receive the broken item we will send you a new one.
22. Software (data discs and video discs) can only be exchanged for the same item.
